Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs (if applicable), or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

We currently ship to: United States 

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

If the carrier marks the package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check:

  • Your mailbox / front desk / reception

  • Neighbors or family members

  • The carrier’s tracking details

Then contact us so we can help.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and the damaged item(s)

We will review your case and work on a replacement or solution.
